These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of https://healingwithdrjake.com and https://my.healingwithdrjake.com (together, the “Site”). By using the Site, or by buying anything from us, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

The Site is operated by Sauce Money Millionaires, LLC, doing business as Healing with Dr. Jake (“we,” “us,” “our”).

Use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Site (hacking, scraping that harms performance, malware, etc.).
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without permission, except where explicitly allowed.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, videos, logos, downloads, and design) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to our content, but you may not republish or sell it without written permission.

User submissions

If you submit comments, messages, testimonials, or other materials to us:

  • You represent you have the right to submit them.
  • You grant us permission to use, display, and reproduce them for Site/business purposes (unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing).

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for it.

No guarantees

Purchases and course access

Courses and other paid products are sold through our checkout at my.healingwithdrjake.com, which is hosted on Kajabi. These Terms apply to that site as well as to this one. Payment is handled by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

When you buy a course you receive a personal, non-transferable license to view that course for as long as we offer it. You may not share your login, redistribute the materials, or resell any part of the course.

Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars and may change at any time. A price change never affects a purchase you have already made.

Refunds

We offer a 14 day guarantee on course purchases. If you go through the course and genuinely feel it was not worth your investment, email info@healingwithdrjake.com within 14 days and we will make it right.

  • If you bought before the course opened, the 14 days run from the day your access opens.
  • For every other purchase, the 14 days run from the day you buy.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Access to the course ends when a refund is issued.

Courses are not medical care

Our courses are educational. Buying one does not create a doctor-patient relationship, and nothing in a course is medical advice. See our Medical Disclaimer.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
